College Questionnaire… again

Okay, guys, you know the drill. We really need you to fill out the college questionnaire – the deadline has been extended (again) until enough responses are received.

To fill out the questionnaire, log into CamSIS, and then go into the Student Questionnaires section (under Other Information, on the right hand side).
